Interview with STAR
After an exhaustive screening, the candidates who best fit the profile will undergo a STAR interview. This format will allow us to predict their future by analyzing their past track record.

Send candidates
We will send 5 potential candidates to fill the vacancy, from which you will choose your perfect candidate.
