Will applicants message me on WhatsApp?
No. The applicant fills out a form; they don't write to you and you don't get messages on your phone. Your personal WhatsApp stays quiet. You decide who to reach out to once you've seen who actually qualifies.
Does the AI decide who I hire?
No. ReclutaYa only ranks the list: it puts the candidates who best match what you asked for at the top and explains why in a few words. Who you interview and who you hire is always your call.
How does the candidate video work?
Once you have your ranked list, you reach out to the ones who convince you (each one uses 1 contact from your plan) and, with one click, ReclutaYa asks them for a short intro video. You don't have to message anyone or give out your number: the system takes care of asking and gathers every video in one place. And if a candidate doesn't reply within 72 hours, that contact goes back to your plan on its own.
What is the Workplace Compatibility Profile?
It's extra help for when you're torn between two good candidates, included from the Básico plan up. ReclutaYa asks them a few more questions and gives you a plain-language read on what each one is like at work: how reliable they are, their honesty, their drive, how steady they tend to be, and what kind of profile they have for the role. It's information so you can decide with more clarity: it's never the only reason to turn someone down, and it isn't psychometrics or a diagnosis.
