Does the AI decide who I hire?
No. ReclutaYa only ranks the list: it puts the candidates who best match what you asked for at the top and explains why in a few words. Who you interview and who you hire is always your call.
How does the candidate video work?
Once you have your ranked list, you reach out to the ones who convince you (each one uses 1 contact from your plan) and, with one click, ReclutaYa asks them for a short intro video. You don't have to message anyone or give out your number: the system takes care of asking and gathers every video in one place. And if a candidate doesn't reply within 72 hours, that contact goes back to your plan on its own.
